One that would fit in a bicycle basket, obviously. So: dachshund it was.\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eI knew I wanted a wire basket so you could still see most of the dog, but I felt sorry for the imaginary paws, so I added a fluffy blanket.\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eI definitely made it a bit harder for myself by combining multiple reference photos: three different dogs went into this one embroidered dachshund (one for the face and two for the body). And as you can imagine, I couldn’t find a reference photo of this kind of bicycle with a basket on the front ,that would completely ruin the aerodynamics of this speedy bike.\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eI really like how it turned out, and I think I can already see some improvements in my shiny-surface work. I’m especially happy with how the metal steering part of the bike turned out.
