I believe art should make a room feel different.

Originally from Kolkata, India, and now living in Amsterdam, I create atmospheric paintings that explore memory, identity and the beauty found in everyday life. My work spans landscapes, portraits, botanical studies and quiet observations, united by an interest in colour, emotion and the stories we carry with us.

Every painting begins intuitively with a feeling, a memory or a fleeting moment of light and develops through layers of colour and texture. While my original works are created in oils and acrylics, these fine art prints preserve the atmosphere and richness of the paintings while making them accessible to more collectors.

My Creative Process

"Every artwork begins with observation, memory, or an emotional response to a place, moment, or natural landscape. I spend time sketching, researching colour relationships, studying light, and developing compositions before beginning the final piece.

My original paintings are created by hand using professional-quality oil or acrylic paints on canvas or paper. Each work develops through multiple layers, allowing colours, texture, and atmosphere to emerge gradually. Depending on the complexity and size, an original painting typically takes anywhere from several days to several weeks to complete, from initial concept to final finishing.

Once an original is complete, it is professionally photographed or scanned to ensure the highest possible fidelity. Fine art prints are then produced using archival-quality inks and premium papers to preserve the colour, texture, and character of the original painting for years to come."
