"My work begins with collecting visual fragments through photography, drawing and observation. These evolve into compositions through sketching and digital editing before being transferred to a photopolymer plate. I print each etching by hand on an etching press using archival inks and Hahnemuhle etching paper. The process is slow and iterative: roughly 60% research and image development, 30% printing, and 10% finishing, editioning and quality control."
