Padauk wood box
This wooden box, suitable for a ring, a piece of jewelry, or a keepsake, is made of Padauk wood. Padauk has a beautiful natural red color. The box was turned on a wood lathe. A screw thread was created during the turning process. Threading wood is a craft that not many people can do. This requires craftsmanship.
The box is a unique piece. Only one has been made in this way.
After turning, it was sanded with a very fine grit and then finished with a polish.
