Small but cute blockpainting of a bath duck. This is a nice decoration for the babyroom, child's room or bathroom. A thoughtful gift for the babyshower, maternity leave, housewarming and birthdays. The block can stand on its own or hang on the wall. I have painting the duck with acrylic paint on birch plywood, the plywood is rescued from being burnt after it is not needed anymore. I drive around going to furniture makers or woodworkers to collect the nicest samples.
As a custom option, I can add a hook to hang it on the wall.
I have not added a varnish because I like the matte finish the wood has without varnish or oil. If you want to put it in the bathroom I can add a varnish or oil.

TIME SPENT
The most time goes into finding the nicest and thickest pieces of wood with a nice grain in them and beautiful thin layers. The painting takes a day.
MATERIALS
Birch plywood and acrylic. Custom options are a hook in the back for hanging, or if you want to hang it in the bathroom I can add a protective varnish layer.
COSTS
I have a full art studio and I rent a workshop with woodworking tools.
