Oriental Vase with foot and lid| Dubbeldhoutdraaien

This vase features an Oriental style and is crafted from maple and mahogany. The wood grain is exceptionally beautiful and unique. I created it several years ago from a chopping block that had long stood in my garden; the wood revealed a stunning interior with dark lines. The lid and base lend the vase a Japanese aesthetic, thanks to their square-turned profiles.

A beautiful decorative piece that could also serve as an urn.
