TIME SPENT
This occupied my evenings for two weeks – I paid particular attention to ensuring the colors were in calm balance with each other, but still really popped.
MATERIALS
It is painted on birch plywood, salvaged from a furniture maker in Delft. This beautiful piece would otherwise be burned! By doing so, you help advance sustainability. The paint is Histor wall paint. It can take a knock; you can simply wipe it down with water if you spill something.
COSTS
This is difficult to say, since I use large cans of paint that last for years and good quality brushes that also last for years.
