Thank you for supporting independent creators at The Artist Survives.


Because our platform is a multivendor marketplace, items are shipped directly from the studios and shops of our individuals Vendors. This means shipping times, costs, and methods may vary depending on the items in your cart.


1. Shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we are a marketplace, if you purchase items from multiple Vendors, shipping costs may be combined to cover the individual shipments from each creator. Shipping of all Vendors should be between 1-7 days.

 

2. Processing Times

Most vendors process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. 

Made-to-Order and custom items are created specifically for you. These products will have longer lead times, which are clearly noted on the individual product pages.

 

3. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once a Vendor ships your item, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s)

If you ordered from more than one Vendor, you will receive separate confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment. 

 

4. Customs, duties and taxes

The Artist Survives is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

5. Damages

If you received a damaged item, please contact the Vendor within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence required: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and include clear photos in your message so the Vendor can assist with a claim or replacement. 

 

6. Undeliverable packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the Vendor will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
